I would definitely recommend both parts to those interested, as I really enjoyed this fortnight and I think that is will be important to know how to use AI to code.

It was an amazing camp and I learnt loads. I feel like I understood all of the concepts if not immediately then once they were explained by our tutor. The only slight issue I have is that I feel like the last day's big projects are a bit too overwhelming for me to do well at, and can be incredibly frustrating at times. Other than that though, I had a great time!!

In the FunTech Virtual Camp – Python Coder Part 1, I had a lot of fun and I got a lot more comfortable with Python. Over the sessions, I became more confident writing code, understanding what it does, and fixing errors on my own.

The tutor was extremely kind and helpful. He explained how Python works in a clear way and always made sure I understood before moving on. Thanks to his support, I learned a lot about coding and how Python works, including important ideas like variables, loops, and if/elif/else statements.

During the camp, I even created my own rock, paper, scissors game in Python, which made me feel really proud of what I could do with code. Making that game helped me practise using logic, user input, and randomness, and it showed me that I can build real, playable programs.

Overall, the camp was a great experience: it was engaging, supportive, and made learning Python feel fun instead of stressful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to start coding and enjoy the process at the same time.

Python Coder L1

A very good and informative course for people with no experience or little experience in programming. The teachers at the in-person camps are also helpful in assisting children when in need. Overall, it is a great course and we will consider booking some more advanced courses in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with the FunTech camp. The teachers were kind, professional, and very supportive. I really appreciated the small group sizes, which meant every child received plenty of individual attention.

The facilities and organisation were excellent, and the children were engaged throughout the day while still having proper breaks.

My daughter is not a native English speaker and we don’t live in the UK, yet she came home every day feeling confident, happy, and proud of what she had achieved. That speaks volumes about the welcoming atmosphere and the quality of the teaching.

I went the FunTech Camp for just 1 whole week, and I felt that it was a really wonderful course. The tutor was a very nice person as he explained and helped me make games a lot. I could leran Unity from 0 that I knew nothing, but at the end, I could make a proper game that actually could enjoy. The lesson was quite intresting as first I watch videos, then some questions, and we try that in Unity. It was perfect to leran Unity's tutorials, and I really liked it.

As someone who had never done coding before coming to this camp, I was surprised by the amount of material covered in such a short amount of time, as well as the finishing quality of my end projects (considering my inexperience)
Overall, the course was great fun and I learnt a lot.

I had fun learning and programming. I am a lot more confident reading and understanding code and have learnt how to do it myself . The pace of the learning was perfect and everything was explained clearly. I received great help, when I was stuck, and it was very interesting.

I really enjoyed the python course and I feel like it helped me learn a lot about python and that it will help me a lot going into my GCSE's I really enjoyed making my choose your own adventure story and the staff all really helped me achieve what I wanted to do going into the course.

FUNTECH IS INCREDIBLE!!!!!!

The lessons were amazing, unreal engine is really fun, my teacher was awesome and the other kids are really nice! I also love the fact that in the future i will be able to create more cool games. This is a course that any gamer should participate in!

Although I did not understand python as much as some of the others in my group, my Funtech teacher helped me understand and learn more. Also, we covered quite a lot of content and the end result of making an AI chatbot was worth the wait, it was really fun making a chatbot capable of many different things.
