When I first started this course, I thought that it would be quite similar to past courses but I found it to be much closer to a school course yet it is structured far better than any lesson I've had. I do not find the topics too difficult or time consuming, and I feel like I am learning well.

Enjoyed every moment of it.

This was a very fun term to be doing, I learned so much from these lessons, and I genuinely enjoyed so much of it. A lot of the lessons always had something interesting about, and every teacher I had was very very kind. Overall it was amazing.

I genuinely feel like this course has given me a greater understanding of not only C++ or Unreal Engine, but how code itself functions. This course was very helpful, however sometimes the timings were inconvenient, which was my only real complaint along this journey.

I really enjoyed learning python this year.

year 4 of purecoder

we learnt the basics of C++ going from basic variable declarations to using classes and libraries such as maps. this has been a fun year in total and I very much enjoyed it. Also the tutor Sonny Parker definitely deserves a raise for the teaching he has done

It was a really interactive and informative course that is really interesting and fun.

It was pretty good

It was nice learning a little bit extra of Python and how to program a game out of it while having fun in the process, sure some bits are a bit mathematical, but that's really a part of the learning

I realy enjoyed this year with FunTech. It was realy fun and I learned lots! I specialy enjoyed the first term were I learnt vex vr in the second term i also enjoyed making my on game. In the third term I realy enjoyed using sonic pi to code my on song in genneral it was all very fun

I have spent many years with Funtech and have done PureCoder levels 1 through 6 and it has taught me how to program extremely well. I always have fun during lessons, the teachers are always friendly and I learn so much about programming. Learning how LLMs work throughout the year has been fun. I am personally in 4IEC and I have learnt a whole lot more about programming than my peers. very much recommended.

I honestly have learned a lot about artificial intelligence and the structural basics behind it, term 1 was very interesting as it was closest to actually creating a chatbot like chatgpt with tasks like the detecting the sentiment of text. Term 2 was more difficult for me, maybe because I hadn't got further into the mathematics behind it in school at that point in time and also there were less tasks that yielded visual results leading to me not enjoying that term as much as the others. Term 3 was highly enjoyable, i very much got the hang of it by the end in using AI for games, im definitely going to continue my studies into artificial intelligence and hope to study computer science at university. Thank you for all the courses over the last 10 years!

honestly it has been a really superb and fab cpurse to be in and ever since the begging where i did not get a thing, i have now got proper underatsiing of diffent thing in python. as a wrap this is a fantastic learning space

Really fun

I really did like this course. The code my hero course was really fun and definitely my favourite and I will most certainly use these tools in the future to code my own games and websites! I found that some topics or units weren't as captivating as others but that is personal preference.

I gained confidence as the terms went on, and also enjoyed the terms more. I didn't enjoy the Code my Clash as much as the other two terms but it still definitely helped my competence and skill coding.

I enjoyed the last term the most because of all the creative freedom I got from it, and making the chatbot in the second term was also very fun as you had freedom to create what you wanted.

However, I did find some challenges to be on the easier side and lacking a real challenge. The questions were very easy at first, but as the week progressed, they got more tricky. Definitely something i would do again and recommend to my friends

My FunTech experience

I really enjoyed the course. When we did it in school, I didn't really understand, but I learnt a lot in this course. Despite all the annoying glitches on my laptop, it was very fun - our teacher JMA was also very nice and helped with errors.

The camp was really fun honestly. I though re-learning code was going to be a pain. But these lessons makes re-learning python fun & entertaining. Im glad i got to participate.
