Really fun

I really did like this course. The code my hero course was really fun and definitely my favourite and I will most certainly use these tools in the future to code my own games and websites! I found that some topics or units weren't as captivating as others but that is personal preference.

I gained confidence as the terms went on, and also enjoyed the terms more. I didn't enjoy the Code my Clash as much as the other two terms but it still definitely helped my competence and skill coding.

I enjoyed the last term the most because of all the creative freedom I got from it, and making the chatbot in the second term was also very fun as you had freedom to create what you wanted.

However, I did find some challenges to be on the easier side and lacking a real challenge. The questions were very easy at first, but as the week progressed, they got more tricky. Definitely something i would do again and recommend to my friends

My FunTech experience

I really enjoyed the course. When we did it in school, I didn't really understand, but I learnt a lot in this course. Despite all the annoying glitches on my laptop, it was very fun - our teacher JMA was also very nice and helped with errors.

I really enjoyed learning with JMA and the rest of the group this week. Some of the things I learnt was lists, formating, while and for loop. Whenever I needed some help JMA would instantly come to my support and with his help I managed to complete the tasks. I hope that I will see him again soon...

I loved it

I really enjoyed the whole camp. It was great and definatly made me think about doing computer science for GCSE s and A levels. I loved it and our tutor was great he helped when i needed it and went at the right speed, challanged me when i finished the task and kept me engaged. 10/10

This is my 3rd time using FunTech, and I really enjoyed it! My Tutor helped me learn a lot, and I learnt everything I needed to! He helped me when I was confused, and now I can use Unreal WAY better! Thank you :)

When I needed help ( which happened a only few times ;) ) he instantly tried to help me and try and improve my knowledge of Python. I think the Tutor did an amazing job of helping and entertaining the group! With the Tutor's help I feel I am really confident in the first part of my Python journey. I hope that in the future I will be taught by him again. Thank you Tutor for this amazing course! I really enjoyed this course, it was very well explained and fun. I now understand and can code to some extent. As a new coder, this is a great leap from nothing to programming easy games like hangman, the tutors can explain things very well, and everyone is nice overall great!
