Every lesson was really fun and easy to learn, especially for a person who has never experienced coding. I enjoyed meeting new people and all the staff/tutors were really nice and patient towards us. Every lesson was really fun and easy to learn, especially for a person who has never experienced coding. I enjoyed meeting new people and all the staff/tutors were really nice and patient towards us. As a residentialist, I found everything amazing and would recommend staying the nights here since there are lots of activities and opportunities to bond with other people. We would usually play a lot of games and even had a movie night, which were really cool things to experience with new people. The toilets were kept clean, the food was well prepared and our portions were perfect to keep us full. Honestly I'm a person who doesn't want to go to/avoids camps, but I did not expect this camp to be so good, and I'm honestly kinda sad I have to go. I would 100% love to come back and I do recommend coming to this camp!! Thank you for your time if you read this, and a huge thanks to FunTech for providing a fantastic memory that I will never forget.

My experience at FunTech was really fun. I did Roblox Lua Coder - Day Camp. The fact that I started without knowing a single command of Lua coding and have now created a complete game is amazing. It was all thanks to my instructors who were very kind and made sure everyone (including me) understood the topic before moving on. I met a lot of new people and made friends. I recommend this to anyone who loves Roblox, loves coding or just likes the logic sides of things.

My Review

The camp was really fun to do and we learnt lots of things. There were some difficult parts but then I started to understand them later really quickly because of how they explained it. It was a good experience and I would do it again to spend my time.

I struggled when we first started doing the coding and I struggled with for loops. Now I understand them completely and I enjoyed doing the coding. overall I really did enjoy the course

Riley enjoyed his time at this day camp and the careful and insightful attention of the teacher. He learned things he can apply as he goes forward, which is also great.

i liked it

it was fun and I learnt alot about roblox studio, Lua, and coding in general. I would not have been able to learn coding without this course because I would probably be too lazy to try to learn. Thanks.

honestly overall pretty fun

it was honestly pretty fun overall, with us transition to the fun stuff pretty fast! The teachers were always patient, kind and pretty chill, i also made a lot of connections with people with whom I get along well with, so I do recommend.

During this week long virtual course, we started by refreshing our knowledge of Roblox building (Constraints, Tools, Terrain Editor etc.) before moving on to Lua coding that included variables, events, PivotTo, Brickcolor and Player Properties just to name a few. On the final few days of the course, we worked on individual projects that we chose from a selection. I would recommend the FunTech Lua Course because it really helps you learn about Lua coding in a functional and convenient way, with friendly and helpful staff ready to answer any questions you may have.

I honestly enjoyed this course due to the informative information.

Overall quite fun but challenging

I found the Lua course quite hard on the first day but grew to like and enjoy by the end. The tutor was very helpful and I loved making my own games.

i found the camp fun and it helped me learn lots of new things. i particularly enjoyed the last few sessions as we got to create our own games! overall, i really enjoyed it and definitely would recommend it to other people who would want to learn how to code the basics on Roblox.
