funtech was brilliant and i think it is my favourite camp now

i erally loved the helpfulness of the teachers and their kindness

i have had a lot of fun this week lerning new skills and having fun with every tarsk we did.

i liked learning all the different codes. My favorite thing was making the maze ,i like how when we made the maze we coded some obstacles. My second favorite thing was makeing the areana and code all the monsters.

I really like how it teaches coding skills that are often put into school lessons and are thought of as boring but by using minecraft it makes the lessons feel more fresh and exiting. I really liked this summercamp/lessons and i learned loads throught the whole weak. I really like how it teaches coding skills that are often put into school lessons and are thought of as boring but by using minecraft it makes the lessons feel more fresh and exiting. I liked that there were breaks and that the amount of students was limited because it let our tutor focus more specifically on what help each person needed instead of looking at the overall state of the class. I really liked this experience and i think it was one of a kind.

Funtech Minecraft Game Coder

I have done multiple funtech courses before and this is easily one of my many favourites the teachers/staff were nice, i learnt a lot of stuff about minecraft education coding. Would i go again 100% completely brilliant. Would I recommend to others also absolutely yes!

Minecraft Game Coder is a really fun camp where use get to use a code editor to make super cool mods in Minecraft. You learn lots of types of code that can be used in the game like creating houses, powers, like super speed and mining strength, and blow up mountains, all using the easy-to-learn MakeCode editor. You even get to do cool projects like making mazes and arenas. Sometimes the coding can be really frustrating when the your code just refuses to work, but there are always helpful tutors to get you back on track. Overall, I had a really fun experience.

My son took Part 1 & 2 of the Minecraft Coder course. He is already a big Minecraft fan and enjoyed the content - it was a good balance of familiar topics and new concepts. As a parent, I really liked how organized the whole experience was. The onboarding was simple and clear (checking hardware specs, downloading and installing Minecraft etc). The logistics worked well - instructor was there on time, the breaks happened as planned, everything smoothly. I will definitely look for other courses in the future.

the camp was fun informative i made a friend i learned many commands and i was never annoyed and if i didnt understand something i would get help its by far the best camp i have been to in my life i cannot even name one thing i did not like

Great session!

Ehimen had a good time at the camp. He reported that the teachers took time to clearly explain things. It was also an opportunity for him to meet with other children.

as an 11 year old I found this hard to wake up but worth it. the teaching and explaining was good and it was fun. yes parts were a challenge but now I could complete all the tasks again.

George has had a really good week learning how to code in Minecraft. Jacob was a really good tutor, engaging and helpful.
The students learnt lots of new skills all week and put it into practice with a challenge on the final day.
