My Second Funtech Review

Funtech is very good for people who are truly into coding. As I've said before, the classes are too long but you learn some interesting things like how to create a website and do a lot of different things on there. So the lessons were engaging and interesting.

Funtech residential camp is the only thing I’ve been hearing from my daughter about since her return. She is already planning her next year’s camps and wants to attend 2. The staff and peers were very fun and friendly. My daughter goes to girls’ school and has a pretty shy personality. She was very nervous about boys and whether she can make any friends at all. It was not the case. By the end of the camp she even stopped calling me, because she was too busy with her own social life :)

Excellent course

I feel that I have learnt a lot from this course with my tutor being extremely helpful when I was stuck. Even though computer science is not one of my GCSE subjects, I actually like it again because of this course, very nice course and very engaging.

The week was very good and i learnt a lot on the python OOP course. it was very fun and in the evening we did different things such as dodgeball, movie night and a video game night.

Pretty Good But A Long Day

The python course teaches a lot but sometimes it's hard to keep up with. The day is also very long (from 9 to 5) but is made up for with its four 15 minute breaks throughout the day and one for an hour for lunch. The python course teaches a lot but sometimes it's hard to keep up with. The day is also very long (from 9 to 5) but is made up for with its four 15 minute breaks throughout the day and one for an hour for lunch. Also the teachers are very helpful and even sometimes teach you new things. After the day you can be very tired but it will still be a good day.

amazing time

I have had an amazing time, the teacher I had (Toby) has been amazing he is really fun and very helpful. I have learnt how to use ToolKit Interface which was very fun

Great Camp - Python OOP

We learnt a lot with Nathan and Alex. We recapped previous python content and recently learned GUI so now we can put objects on the screen and make games. The residential was also good. We had a fun game room and our own rooms. Thank you.

Sub-par air flow and inadequate honey.

Abul and the pastoral team are amazing but i was asked to give back the petabyte of pepper sachets and stop making mildly nefarious zip bombs.
it was quite fun, very informative and the tutors clearly know there stuff. Joe loves pepper, and can Abul get raise?

I really enjoyed the camp. I found part 2 more fun due to the graphical elements, although it really tied together the Object Orientated Programming from Part 1. Although the file unit was short I found it quite interesting - I might have liked to do some more on it. My tutor Armir was very friendly and made the course very enjoyable, especially with spontaneous questions - both about the content and light-hearted questions.

The Funtech Stage to Python Camp was a really fun and enjoyable experience. From the beginning, the camp created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which made it easy to get involved. The activities were interesting, and there was always something new to learn.

The Funtech Stage to Python Camp was a really fun and enjoyable experience. From the beginning, the camp created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which made it easy to get involved. The activities were interesting, and there was always something new to learn.

One of the best parts of the camp was learning Python. The sessions explained coding in a way that was easy to understand, even when the topics became more challenging. We had opportunities to practise what we learned and create our own programs, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

The camp was also a great chance to develop problem-solving and logical-thinking skills. Instead of simply being given answers, we were encouraged to experiment, fix mistakes and figure things out for ourselves. This made completing a program successfully feel really rewarding.

Another thing I enjoyed was the atmosphere at the camp. The instructors were helpful and supportive, and there was a good balance between learning and having fun. Working alongside other people also made the sessions more interesting and gave everyone a chance to share ideas.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the Funtech Stage to Python Camp to anyone who is interested in coding or wants to try something new. It was educational, enjoyable and gave me a better understanding of Python. I came away with new skills and a really positive experience.

It was very fun and learnt a lot

My Tutor Armir was amazing, taught us very well. We covered everything on time, had enough breaks. He helped us a lot when we were struggling. The whole weeks course was great.

Great week and learnt lots of new stuff. The teacher was nice and most of the students were nice.

I learnt a lot during my week here. The videos explaining the topics were useful and easy to understand. Also, the demonstrations were easy to follow and very interactive.

OOP 1&2

This is the second online course my som has done. He thoroughly enjoyed it. He understood everything well, he particularly enjoyed making the windows as it was a new skill and ‘it was cool’.

Great course

As with previous courses my child has attended, it was engaging, with small groups, knowledgeable tutors, and a great syllabus.

End Of Python OOP

Great course. it taught me a lot, and prepared me greatly for my AI course next week.
Shima was great, really helped everyone in the class equally and never got impatient.

The staff kept me engaged and I'm walking away with knowledge of Python maths operators, graphical canvas, interactive window elements, classes, and objects. I seriously recommend the Python OOP course.

The instructors were very kind and their explanations made even the hardest coding challenges understandable. Special shout-out to Jack, who was especially kind and helpful.

The funtech camp was really fun and challenging at the same time. We worked on object oriented programming for the first half then graphical user interface for the second. it was really fun and i would highly recomend it.

I really enjoyed it and learned all of the curriculum!

Projects and learning efficient

I learnt a lot through the teacher and the course and I was able to learn properly about things that I was confused about before. The projects are really fun to make and debug and it feels really nice once you see the finished product of what you made.
